Offer Description The Habitat in Transition (HabiT) PhD program aims to train researchers with multidisciplinary expertise in various project-related domains. These researchers will be able of designing feasible and effective cross-cutting project paths, supported by a fully-fledged and original analytical environment. Throughout the program, the researchers will gain a comprehensive understanding of the diverse opportunities presented by their acquired design abilities and develop skills to explore fields of possibilities for implementing sustainable transitions.
These transitions encompass a set of transformation processes in the medium and long term, enabling societies to responsibly and consciously modify their environment, infrastructure, and living spaces. By the end of the program, doctoral candidates will hold the necessary competencies and abilities to support and inform policy and strategy design processes, providing innovative solutions for sustainable social and technological development.
