Offer Description  Strategic and organizational knowledge management—ideally applied to the healthcare sector and the patient journey—with a specific focus on processes for creating, sharing, and transferring knowledge within complex environments (healthcare organizations and the public sector) aimed at optimizing the integrated patient pathway. In particular, assessment will cover competencies related to user experience (UX) analysis, the design of immersive touchpoints, and the study of factors influencing technology acceptance and trust in the adoption of digital tools, with attention paid to intergenerational differences and the impact on the well-65 population.
