Responsibilities
The Chef de Rang will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:

Independently manage the F&B room and room service ensuring excellent and timely service to our guests
Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Present menus, offer recommendations, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages.
Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and drinks efficiently and elegantly, ensuring presentation standards are maintained.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
Maintain knowledge of the hotel’s offerings, including special promotions and events.
Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and health regulations.

Skills
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

Chef de Rang experience in Hotel of same category, preferable in Luxury Marriott Properties.
Excellent command of Italian and English. Additional languages will be appreciated.
High school diploma or GED; experience in the F&B sector, or related professional area.
Calm, organized work, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs preferred.
Proficiency in Selz PMS Systems required.
