BREADWAY a.S. – Senior Sales Agent | Italy (Bakery & Retail Focus) BREADWAY a.S.  is a fast-growing European bakery producer with a strong presence in Central Europe. We are now preparing a structured entry into the  Italian retail market  and are looking for a  senior Sales Agent  with proven experience in bakery products and established relationships with  Italian retail buyers (GDO).

Key Responsibilities  Develop and execute our commercial strategy for Italy, with a strong focus on  retail chains (GDO).  Actively use your  existing network of buyer contacts  to introduce our bakery portfolio.  Present and position our  frozen bakery / bake-off products  to key decision-makers.  Negotiate listings, commercial terms, and long-term agreements.  Coordinate product launches, trials, and presentations with retailers.  Provide regular market feedback, sales reports, and competitive insights.  

Profile We Are Looking For  Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience  in the  bakery / frozen bakery / bake-off  sector.  Direct and current relationships with buyers  of major Italian retail chains.  Strong understanding of  Italian GDO dynamics , listing processes, and pricing structures.  Entrepreneurial, independent, and highly results-oriented approach.  Available for  freelance / commission-based cooperation .
