Sales Assistant - Rinascente Roma

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our amazing team at Christian Dior Couture in La Rinascente Roma. As Dior Ambassador, the Sales Assistant will contribute to brand sales growth, represent the brand values, and provide outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibilities
Sales

Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with product details and stories.
Know daily objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add‑on sales.
Provide a retail ceremony to all customers and go the extra mile.
Handle customer database and clienteling.

Client Relationship Management

Ensure a welcoming client‑focused environment, providing best‑in‑class service in person, over the phone, and electronically.
Develop a local and international client book and recruit and develop top clients.
Problem‑solve in partnership with management to resolve client issues to benefit business and client.

Back‑Office Support

Contribute to product reception, quality control before sale, and update stock after sales, when necessary.
Elaborate and supervise product feedback.
Prepare delivery and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping.

Profile
Requirements

Preferred experience of 2–3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
Knowledge of products and selling techniques.
University education or fashion school degree.
English (C1–C2) mandatory; other languages a plus.
Basic knowledge of digital software (Office 360).
