Sales Assistant Full Time Responsibilities Provide  an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding expectations, demonstrating a strong knowledge of the products, brand history, and heritage in accordance with brand selling guidelines.

Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service and sales quality.

Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showing passion for fashion and luxury products.

Work as a team player, fostering open and constructive communication to deliver a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.

Maintain visual display standards for all products in accordance with brand visual standards.

Support daily store operations by keeping the understock and stock room neat and organized.

Adhere to brand image standards and guidelines.

Working Hours
40 hours per week

Qualifications4 to 5 years of experience in luxury goods.

Fluent in English;
Russian language skills considered a plus.

Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.

Experience maintaining an existing client portfolio.

Computer proficiency in basic Excel and POS systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
