Within the Omnichannel department , based in Rome, we are searching for a Retail Digital Operations Project Manager . Reporting to the Retail Digital Operations Manager , the selected candidate will support the evolution of Bvlgari’s Retail Digital ecosystem, driving the implementation, adoption and continuous improvement of digital solutions across the global retail network. Acting as a key point of reference between central and local stakeholders, the role will oversee the deployment and optimization of Retail Digital solutions worldwide, translating business needs into scalable solutions and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives aimed at elevating client experience, enhancing store operations and supporting the Maison’s retail transformation journey.
Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate end-to-end Retail Digital projects, from requirements gathering and planning through deployment and post-launch optimization;
Contribute to the definition, prioritization and maintenance of the Retail Digital Operations roadmap for the assigned area, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives;
Drive the rollout, adoption and continuous evolution of digital tools and omnichannel services across the global DOS network;
Partner closely with Retail, IT, Finance, High End, and other corporate functions to identify opportunities for process enhancement and operational excellence;
Gather and consolidate feedback from Markets and boutiques, promoting a user-centric approach in the design and enhancement of digital solutions;
Monitor project performance, user adoption and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement;
Support the evolution of retail processes to enhance client experience and operational excellence.
Profile
Profile
At least 7-8 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Omnichannel or Digital Project Management, preferably within luxury, fashion or premium consumer brands
Master’s Degree in Management Engineering (preferred), Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving business and technology stakeholders at international level
Strong understanding of retail operations and omnichannel processes
Excellent analytical skills (Excel, Power BI)
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages will be considered a plus
