Salary Package (Monthly Total Gross)

With Accommodation: 1050

Without Accommodation: 1251

What You Will Do

Provide inbound phone assistance to private customers.

Support with device issues, subscriptions, billing, contract updates.

Identify upsell opportunities using a consultative sales approach.

Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and empathy.

Requirements

Fluent Italian (written & spoken).

Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecom, retail, customer‑facing sales, telesales, etc.).

Strong communication & problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work on‑site in Lisbon.

EU passport, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or eligible visa.

Location & Schedule

On‑site position in Lisbon.

Rotative shifts between 06:00–22:00, Monday–Sunday.

40 h/week (8 h/day + 1 h break).
