Physical Security Infrastructure Specialist within Leonardo’s Physical Security Operation Center, Rome – Faustiniana. Responsible for managing complex architectures, designing, implementing and maintaining physical security solutions. Requires systemic competence in VMware environments, Active Directory, Windows/Linux server management.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement and maintain physical security solutions.
Integrate IT systems with perimeter security (IP video surveillance, access control).
Operate in highly critical contexts, ensuring business continuity and security monitoring.
Lead technical projects autonomously, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
Required Skills
Physical Security
TVCC Systems
Access control and anti‑intrusion systems
Integration between IT systems and perimeter security
Corporate security protocols, audits and compliance
System Administration
Management of VMware vSphere/ESXi environments
Administration of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP
Configuration and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers
Backup, disaster recovery and storage management (NAS/SAN)
Soft Skills
Analysis and resolution of complex problems
Ability to work in mission‑critical environments
Effective communication with technical and non‑technical teams
Proactive and security‑oriented approach
Willingness to travel for technical inspections/interventions
Education
Diploma or degree.
Language Skills

Selection Process
