About the Role  Employment Consultant (Roma, QLD) – part of the Inclusive Employment Australia Program.

Key Responsibilities   Support participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment.
Help participants identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and pursue new employment with confidence.
Provide creative solutions to employment challenges, ensuring participants have the tools and support for success.
Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace accommodations.
Celebrate successful placements and recognize milestones with participants.
Build partnerships with companies committed to diversity and inclusion.
Qualifications & Experience   Eligibility to work in Australia.
Current driver’s licence and access to a fully insured vehicle.
MyGovID (Standard level).
Willingness to complete a National Police Check and pass a Working with Children Check.
Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Experience in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration is desirable.
