About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer, Team Lead to guide the team responsible for designing, building, and scaling a brand‑new cloud‑native application that powers a core part of our operations.
This platform enables the selection of premium inventory from 2,000+ direct publishers and provides a unified interface for internal teams and global clients to manage campaigns, users, reporting, billing, and payments.
As Team Lead, you will act as the strategic and technical leader of the group, driving architecture, delivery, roadmap, and long‑term product direction.
You will oversee the end‑to‑end development of the platform, ensuring high engineering standards, seamless integration with surrounding systems, and a future‑proof cloud architecture leveraging technologies such as Spring Boot, Angular, and AWS.
This is a mission‑critical leadership role with strong cross‑functional exposure and impact across the entire organization.

About the Team
The User Console Exchange Team owns the user‑facing platform that manages configurations, access logic, user permissions, and interfaces used by both internal stakeholders and global clients.
The team collaborates closely with Infrastructure, Data, Product, and other engineering teams to deliver a reliable, scalable, and secure system.
As Team Lead, you will foster a culture of technical excellence, autonomy, transparent communication, and high collaboration, ensuring alignment across departments.
What You’ll Do
Leadership & Strategy

Own the technical vision and roadmap for the User Console Exchange platform.
Translate business goals into a clear engineering strategy, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
Lead the transition toward a robust, scalable, cloud‑native architecture.

Team Management

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of back‑end and front‑end developers.
Establish processes and best practices to ensure high performance, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development within the team.

Technical Ownership

Provide guidance on architectural decisions and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
Oversee the design and implementation of high‑performance, secure, and resilient features.
Advocate for clean architecture, modularity, and maintainability across the codebase.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product to define priorities, scope, and release plans.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Data, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless integrations.
Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.

Delivery & Quality

Ensure predictable and timely delivery through effective planning and Agile methodologies.
Promote best practices in testing, code reviews, CI/CD, documentation, reliability, and incident management.
Monitor system performance and guide optimization efforts.

What You Bring

Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in technical leadership or team management.
Proven experience guiding teams through the evolution of complex systems (modularization, refactoring, microservices).
Strong expertise with Spring Boot, Angular, and relational databases.
