Technical Consultant

Experteer Overview As a Technical Consultant in Salesforce’s Professional Services, you drive the delivery of Salesforce Platform solutions and enterprise integrations. You work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy technical solutions that enable customer success ’ll be a domain authority, shaping architecture, design documents, and best practices, while managing risk and customer expectations.

This role offers growth through formal onboarding, certifications, and close collaboration with Architects and Project Managers to deliver impactful outcomes.

Retribuzione / Benefits Lead design and deployment of Salesforce Platform solutions and enterprise integrations

Evaluate business and technical requirements from senior stakeholders

Develop technical design documents leveraging Salesforce best practices

Troubleshoot and drive issues to resolution in customer implementations

Manage risks and expectations; negotiate solutions with customers and partners

Provide guidance on architecture, environment management, and release practices

Build and nurture relationships with internal and external partners to support broader goals

Support front and backend solution development and release management

Responsabilità5+ years IT experience

Hands‑on technical and solution implementation experience in a relevant software domain

Object‑oriented programming skills (e.g., Java)
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, event‑driven architectures

Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology

Independent work and distributed team collaboration

English and Italian language proficiency

Willingness to travel regionally and internationally

Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Ability to learn new technologies and communicate effectively
