Position Overview
Service Now Technical Integration Consultant – German.
Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement inbound and outbound integrations between Service Now and external systems.
Develop and maintain both unidirectional and bidirectional interfaces for foundation data synchronization.
Ensure reliable, secure, and high-quality data exchange across integrated platforms.
Collaborate with application owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define integration requirements and resolve data‑related issues.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance and data quality.
Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of Service Now integrations.
Document integration designs, technical specifications, and operational procedures.
Follow development best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of integration solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
At least 4 years of hands‑on experience as a Technical Integration Consultant, ideally in Service Now context.
Experience integrating Service Now with enterprise applications and data sources.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and common integration patterns.
Knowledge of Service Now Integration Hub or other Service Now integration capabilities.
Experience working in enterprise ITSM environments.
Strong communication skills and advanced English and German.
Experience with technical implementation and development within the Service Now platform.
Hands‑on experience designing and implementing system integrations and interfaces.
Understanding of inbound/outbound integrations, APIs, web services, and data exchange mechanisms.
Experience working with data synchronization and data quality processes.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional technical and business teams.
