Work Authority to work in Italy Join Our Automotive Engineering Team In this role, you will contribute to the development of advanced vehicle diagnostics and Over-the-Air (OTA) update mechanisms, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-performance automotive software.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain embedded automotive software using C++.Design, implement, unit test, debug, and maintain software modules and components.
Work on vehicle diagnostics and OTA update solutions.
Contribute to software architecture and participate in technical design discussions.
Perform software integration, validation, and system testing.
Work within an Agile software development environment.
Collaborate with international engineering teams and stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Required
Skills & Experience:
2+ years of experience in the automotive diagnostic domain.
Strong understanding of On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) architectures.
Strong hands-on C++ development experience and familiarity with C++ development tool chains.
Experience developing onboard application software and configuring Diagnostics Stacks.
Practical experience with:
UDS (Unified Diagnostic Services) over CANCAN-FDDoIP (Diagnostics over Internet Protocol)
Linux and/or QNXExperience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) in automotive systems.
Hands-on experience with SOME/IP on Linux and/or QNX.⭐ Nice-to-Have
Skills:
Practical experience with Vector CANoe for network simulation and testing.
CAPL scripting experience.
Strong knowledge of SOME/IP and automotive communication protocols.
Experience with CAN bus analysis and network troubleshooting.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Languages:
English:
