Transport Carrier Specialist

Experteer Overview  As a Transport Carrier Specialist you will support Worldwide Transport Management in sourcing transportation services within a luxury fashion context. You will manage carrier relationships and oversee contract maintenance and related processes, ensuring KPI-driven performance and cost efficiency. You’ll analyze data, generate reports, and support compliance on loss prevention, sustainability, and continuity.

This role offers visibility into global transport operations and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to optimize logistics.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Manage relationships with Carriers/Transport Service Providers for contract maintenance and performance reviews
Support and develop administrative processes (cost accounting, invoice control) and contract management across TMS and other company systems
Monitor KPIs to ensure compliance with service and cost agreements with Transport Service Providers
Analyze data and produce periodic or spot reports on economic efficiency of transport services
Support function compliance for transport in Loss Prevention, Sustainability, and Business Continuity
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in transportation
Responsabilità   Bachelor in Engineering
Fluent in English
Proficient with Office package (Excel, PowerPoint)
3 years of experience in structured multinational organizations
Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, collaborative attitude
