• Patient Volume: 12 Äì15 patients per day per physician
• Team Census: 40 Äì50 patients per day collectively
• ICU:
  Open ICU with 24/7 intensivist consultation
• EMR:
  Paragon
• No call responsibilities
• Not accepting Locums, visa candidates, or 1099 candidates
• New graduates welcome (BE accepted within 1 year of eligibility; BC required within 2 years)
Position Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive inpatient care
• Perform daily rounds, admissions, rapid responses, and codes
• Conduct histories, physicals, assessments, and documentation
• Collaborate with intensivists, specialists, and hospital staff
• Ensure high-quality, coordinated care in a non-trauma hospital setting
Benefits Details
• Guaranteed base salary: $250,000 Äì $275,000
• Starting Bonus: $15,000

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• New York medical license or willingness to obtain
• Clean malpractice and license history
• DEA, BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Confirmation that provider:
- Does notrequire visa support - Is open to 7 on / 7 off full-time schedule - Is comfortable in an open ICU
• Hospital does not reimburse credentialing fees
• Acknowledgment that candidate has not applied directly
Compensation Structure
• No on-call responsibilities
• Weekends included in regular 7 on / 7 off schedule
