* Compensation: $20.00 - $23.40 per hour, based on experience + $1.50/hour shift premium
* Overtime pay:
Time and a half after 40 hours, double time after 48 hours

What You'll Do
* Operate and monitor machinery
* Load/unload materials and assist with packaging
* Perform quality checks using tools and fixtures
* Support machine operators and complete documentation
* Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Training begins on 1st shift (7 AM-3 PM) before transitioning to 3rd shift (11 PM-7 AM). Saturday OT is scheduled in advance.
What You Bring
* Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
* Basic math skills and attention to detail
* Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
* Willingness to work any shift and overtime as needed
* Positive attitude and team-first mindset
