Tower Operator - Day Shift - Onsite

Summary:

Responsible for order setup, coating, curing, and rewinding of all scheduled orders on a tower

Essential Functions:

Operate and maintain a tower Responsible for tower set-up based on schedules outlined in Authorization to Produce documentation Perform quality control checks Calculate transmission speeds Set-up coating application Transport material from different departments Obtain coating, dies, and coating tanks Record information Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to safety protocols and regulations Perform additional duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in a similar role preferred Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high quality work Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Proficient basic math skills Ability to prioritize tasks Ability to identify colors Ability to read, write, and understand English Physical Demands:
