Job Summary

We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team. This is a part‑time position (15 hours per week) focused on matching invoices with shippers. You will answer phones, perform light bookkeeping, direct calls, handle customer questions, file paperwork, and maintain records.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
  • Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
  • Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places
  • Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Purchasing
Qualifications
  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Familiarity with computer programs such as Sage 50, ACT!, Microsoft Office, and Adobe software
