• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and train behavior technicians
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Track progress, adjust interventions, and maintain accurate documentation
• Promote a culture of positivity and compassion within the workplace

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
