Compensation- Pay range: $21.40 – $23.40 per hour
- Starting wage: $18.00 per hour
- Plus $2.00 shift premium for 2nd Shift
- Plus $3.40 per hour Hero Pay

- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors.
- Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans, including bathing, skin care, preventative care, morning and evening mouth care, shaving, dressing, and daily living activities.
- Record nutritional intake, blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respirations, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weight, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
- Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting well‑being.
- Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition as appropriate to the nursing team.
- Must have caregiving experience.
- Completed an approved Nursing Assistant training program and current CNA Nursing Assistant Certification from the state of Michigan.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
- Team player, dedicated to supporting teammates and getting the job done.
