Position:Roofing Sales Associate
Job Description:This role focuses on Sales and supporting the sales manager with customers, appointment scheduling, customer satisfaction during the sales and installation process, completing post-installation paperwork, and presenting additional services, solutions or options to customers over the phone.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Contact homeowners to secure additional information or paperwork needed
- Schedule inspections as needed
- Provide customer service and deal with any issues or problems related to sales
- Present additional products, upgrades, or services when needed
- Strong phone sales, customer service and admin skills, Roofing Industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain products and services clearly
- Attention to detail with paperwork and documentation
