Well Bridge of Romeo is seeking a Social Worker to provide social services to residents and their families, manage care planning, and facilitate referrals to outside agencies and community resources. Weekend leadership duties with other managers are expected.
Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s in Social Work with a Limited License in Social Work (LBSW preferred) and have at least 1 year of supervised social work experience in a healthcare setting, with long-term care experience
