Senior Human Resources Coordinator at Radchem Products, Inc.

Description: Responsible for daily processing of vendor bills and customer invoices, as well as other relevant duties to support the accounting function.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Generate and deliver customer invoices based on sales orders
• Generate and deliver customer invoices for pass-through charges

Vendor Bill Processing:

• Monitor receipt of vendor bills from suppliers, carriers, and service providers
• Follow up on delayed supplier and carrier bills and escalated appropriately
• Address bill discrepancies to corresponding departments and follow up to resolution
• Enter finalized bills accurately in accounting system

Gross Profit & Cost Accounting:

• Calculate order profit and cost basis from customer invoices and supplier/carrier bills

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years professional experience
• Accounting degree from accredited institution preferred
• Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Capable of quickly learning new technology applications
• Intense focus on data accuracy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize and multitask
