- Provide fully proficient administrative and secretarial support to one or more managers/professionals. Coordinate departmental projects/processes, compile basic correspondence and reports in support of a functional area.
- Assist GM and other management team members with administrative requests and reports, scheduling of conference rooms, planning business meals and small projects.
- Perform all clerical tasks, including receptionist duties such as screening phone calls, greeting visitors and distributing incoming mail/correspondence.
- Review outgoing material and correspondence for internal consistency and conformity with department procedures, ensuring proper clearances are obtained when needed.
- Determine the appropriate handling of requests among supervisors, staff members, or other departments.
- Gather information from files or staff for routine inquiries on department programs or reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Knowledge of department equipment operation such as PC, computer software, calculators, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
- Proficiency in punctuation, spelling and grammar.
- Basic knowledge of company structure and policies/procedures.
- Demonstrated confidentiality and ability to manage personal information.
- Professional appearance.

Work Schedule:
The salary range for this role is $16.00/hour to $25.00/hour, in compliance with all state and local minimum wages.
