Our Service Department Coordinators are responsible for:

  • Answering Multi-line Phone System and Directing Calls
  • Creating Field and Emergency Work Orders
  • Communicate with Field Service Techs
  • Processing Quotes and Customer Follow-Up
  • Customer Communication for Service Department

Requirements for our Service Department Coordinators:

  • Prior Customer Service Experience
  • Basic Knowledge of Generators and/or willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
  • Attention to Detail
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task required
  • Computer skills to include MS office products (Word, Excel, Outlook); data entry
  • Resourceful; able to use Internet search engines
