Join to apply for the Service BDC Specialist role at Romeoville Toyota.
The Service BDC Specialist assists with service customers' incoming requests made via telephone or online.
Base pay range$17.00/hr - $18.00/hr
Responsibilities- Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experience
- Answer all incoming service calls
- Schedule service appointments
- Interact with service customers to identify their individual needs
Complete phone calls as assigned by the BDC Manager - Conduct sales department service tours
- Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
- Outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with service team
