Pay: $120,000 - $130,000 annually + 5% annual bonus potential + MyShare equity program

Reports To: VP, Financial Planning & Analysis
Type: Full-Time
Position SummaryA seasoned and strategic Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to join a fast‑paced logistics and transportation organization. This role is ideal for a driven, self‑starting finance leader with a strong FP&A foundation and a collaborative mindset. The successful candidate will shape financial strategy, partner across departments, and drive operational efficiency, with broader leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead budgeting and forecasting for the WH entity, ensuring alignment with operational goals across the enterprise.
- Partner cross‑functionally with operations, supply chain, sales, and HR to gather insights, challenge assumptions, and deliver actionable financial guidance.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives, including network optimization, capital investments, and cost reduction programs.
- Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support warehouse scenario planning and investment decisions.
- Prepare supporting materials for the monthly reporting package including WH P&L, CAPEX, and Cash Flows.
- Drive performance management through detailed variance analysis, KPI tracking, and executive‑level reporting tailored to warehouse metrics (e.g., labor/revenue, pallet multiple, pallet per hour).
- Continuously improve FP&A processes and systems, leveraging automation and analytics to enhance decision‑making speed and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive FP&A experience, or operations finance experience.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across operations and finance.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with planning tools (e.g., One Stream, Power BI, Hyperion) is a plus.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, translating complex financial data into clear business insights.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ambition for upward mobility with a low‑ego approach.
