Support high-volume, full lifecycle hiring for NA Supply Chain frontline roles in a hybrid contract position based in Romeoville, IL.

• Own full lifecycle recruitment for high volume NA Supply Chain frontline positions.
• Source candidates using online channels, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Manage candidate flow through pre-qualification, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and effective interviewer readiness.
• Contribute in cross-functional collaboration within a culture of continuous improvement

• Fulfill contract commitment of 4+ months (also described as 3+ month contract duration).

• 1+ years of full cycle recruiting experience; high volume recruiting experience preferred

• Ability to work with a sense of urgency, deliver recruiting results, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize amid competing demands.
• Comfort in a data-driven environment

• Onsite requirement: At least 2 days/week at a fulfillment center
• Contract duration: 3+ month contract; 4+ month stated

• Hourly range: $29 - $33 per hour
• Base pay range may vary by location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
