• Prepare and maintain daily inventory reports and variance analysis
• Conduct cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Monitor obsolete, slow-moving, and aging inventory
• Track finished goods inventory and maintain accurate records
• Assist with month-end inventory reporting and reconciliation
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain organized documentation and reporting

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Previous experience in inventory analysis, inventory control, or a related field preferred
• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
