Sandvik Mining & Rock Technology, the leading global supplier of equipment and tools, is currently looking for an Inbound Supervisor on our 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) at the warehouse in Romeoville, IL. The Supervisor will partner with management to foster a collaborative team environment in a customer‑focused culture.

• Oversee all aspects of compliance regarding people and equipment, including daily inspections of operational equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure all operational reporting is completed and made available via applicable Sandvik systems.
• Process shipping/export documentation for orders accurately and methodically.
• Report any discrepancies regarding stock, safety, and other operational anomalies.
• Comply with all aspects of the Sandvik EHS policy and any reasonable instruction, procedures, or systems of work.
• Supervise the outbound team and set an example for others, providing direction and guidance to employees.
• Lead team meetings and provide on‑job training and career development to all team members.

We look for someone with previous experience supervising in a warehouse, excellent customer relations, time‑management, and organizational skills. Leadership capabilities, initiative, drive, and determination are essential. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate staff are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and prior exposure to ERP, warehouse, transport, and EHS management systems will be beneficial. A forklift license and order‑picking competency are essential.
