Assistant Warehouse Manager at RJW Logistics Group

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year.

• Manage daily warehouse operations during the designated shift, including scheduling workers, inbound and outbound loading, inventory control, equipment maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Ensure yard checks, trailer placement, dock safety, and paperwork completion.
• Oversee carrier loading and unloading and ensure timely order processing.
• Manage warehouse personnel: scheduling, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and training of forklift operators.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, meeting food safety and safety requirements.

• Warehouse management experience with a background in inventory control systems.
• Experience managing a staff of 30 or more employees across multiple shifts.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and strong general computer skills.
• Leadership, management, budgeting, and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and problem‑solving skills.

• Three to five years of management experience.
• College degree preferred or extensive background in transportation or warehouse management.
• Must communicate, read, write, and speak English.
