Field Service Technician

Our core activity is the development and manufacturing of top-quality racking systems, mobile basis, and automated shuttles. Our customers benefit from much better utilization of their warehouses (up to 70% more pallet storage than traditional rack!), maximized vertical space, improved accuracy in pallet selection, and minimizing labor costs and product damage.

Over the span of more than 40 years, we've grown into a company with 9 manufacturing facilities, 19 commercial offices, and the know-how of around 2000 employees serving customers in 40 countries.

Early 2021, we opened our US Office and have already grown to over 50 people. It's exciting times to be at stow!

Job Description

• Testing Stow's shuttle systems & mobile racks.
• Repairing Stow's shuttle systems & mobile racks.
• Supervising assembly teams in large repairs of mobile racks.
• Commissioning and providing customer training for automated systems.
• Preventive maintenance (triggered by service contracts).
• As part of the service team you provides telephone support to end users and integrators.

Qualifications

• You have a technical degree or equivalent through experience.

Mechanics

Electronics (AC/DC, Motors 3-Phase and DC, reading E-Plans/Electronic schemes)

• Affinity with software is recommended.
• You have a good knowledge of English. Any other language is a plus.
• Computer skills: MS Office and Teams.
• You are open for occasional travel to Europe for training purposes
• You're willing and able to travel to project sites across the USA and Canada consistently; your travel percentage averages 90%

Salary Range: $30 to $35
