** What You'll Be Doing*** ### Oversee daily plant operations—including aggregate processing—to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.* ### Implement and monitor production schedules and quality standards specific to aggregate materials. Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime of crushing, screening, and conveying equipment.* ### Lead and develop plant staff through training, performance management, and mentorship in aggregate production techniques.* ### Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations related to mining, material handling, and dust control.###

** What Are We Looking For*** ### Strong leadership and team management skills, ideally within aggregate or heavy industrial environments.* ###  Proven ability to optimize production processes involving aggregate materials and equipment.* ###  Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, especially in high-volume material operations.* ### Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across production, maintenance, and safety teams.* ### Commitment to safety and quality standards in aggregate handling and processing.###
