We have more than 40 years of experience, 9 manufacturing facilities, 19 commercial offices, and nearly 2000 employees serving customers in 40 countries.

In early 2021, we opened our US office and have already grown to 35 people. It's an exciting time to be at Movu.

What will your day as a Robotics Service Engineer within Movu Robotics look like? Below is an overview of the challenges you will face in this role.

• Perform all necessary tests, repairs, and maintenance of technical installations at customer sites (national and/or international).
• Provide telephone support to end users and integrators as part of the helpdesk team on a limited 24/7 rotating schedule.
• Configure and live-test PLC software (Beckhoff); affinity with software is recommended.
• Train end users and integrators at customer sites and at Movu Robotics.
• Assist the Commissioning team during installations.
• Identify commercial service opportunities at current clients.
• Travel across the US; overtime and occasional overnight stays are possible.
• Handle projects across the country.

• Bachelor’s degree in electromechanics or equivalent experience.
• Willing and able to travel consistently to project sites across the USA and Canada; travel percentage averages 90 %.
• Comfortable with projects abroad.
• Good knowledge of English;
  French or Dutch is a plus.
• Computer skills: MS Office and Teams.
• Sociable, eager to learn, driven, and cheerful.
• Not afraid of heights.

Hourly Range: $30 to $35 an hour

Location: Candidate must be based near Lima, OH;
Warren, OH;
Crown Point, IN;
Louisville, KY; or Elsmere, KY (near Cincinnati, OH) – preferably within reasonable proximity to a major airport to support frequent travel.
