1st Shift, Monday – Friday / 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM ($20/hr)

This position oversees and flows multiple project production. Quick identification of waste while maintaining lean mentality and hitting production goals is required.

• Supervise/lead warehouse employees.
• Maintain and surpass production goals.
• Monitor end‑to‑end production of project.
• Ensure successful flow of production.
• Communicate end‑of‑day production to Supervisor.
• Fill in Supervisor role as needed.

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year related experience or training in co‑pack or warehouse environment in Lead role.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel;
  Access database preferred.

• GED or H.S. Diploma.
• College experience or degree is a plus.

• English – written/or oral required.
• Spanish – written/or oral is a plus, not required.

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Root cause determination and corrective action.

• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Stand; walk; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl.
• Activate phone systems utilizing keyboards and buttons.
• Articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others.
• Work in indoor office environment with repetitive hand motion.
• Talk, hear, stand and walk regularly.
• Work over continuous 8 hours when required.
• Work under stressful situations, good cognitive skills, maintain accuracy, concentrate on more than one task.
• Read and discern visual images on variety of media with 20/20 corrected vision.
• Speak and communicate clearly over telephones.
• In sound physical health, no evidence of controlled substances.

• Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. Noise level ranges from quiet to moderately loud.
