Base pay range$35.00/hr - $45.00/hr
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Shift
: 6am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday
Looking for a skilled Automation Technician with strong expertise in PLC programming and troubleshooting
, injection molding processes
, and electro-mechanical systems maintenance
.
- Maintain, repair, and install electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation equipment.
- Troubleshoot machines, robotics, and PLCs (Allen Bradley, Beckhoff); perform basic programming.
- Support process improvements, perform root cause analysis, and conduct Gemba walks.
- Set up and integrate automation equipment; maintain records (PM, projects, AAR).
- Uphold safety standards (LOTO, Haz Com) and 5-S practices; respond to after-hours emergencies.
- Industrial maintenance training or equivalent experience.
- Skills in PLC troubleshooting/programming, robotics, and tool room equipment operation.
- Experience with injection molding machines and peripherals; basic CAD viewing.
- Ability to read mechanical blueprints and apply lean manufacturing principles.
- Physical ability to perform hands-on maintenance, lift up to 45 lbs, and work in varied positions.
