This position is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the production flow of multiple projects. The lead must quickly identify waste, maintain a lean mindset, and hit production goals.

• Supervise and lead warehouse employees.
• Maintain and surpass production goals.
• Monitor end‑to‑end production of projects.
• Ensure successful flow of production.
• Communicate end‑of‑day production to the supervisor.
• Fill in the supervisor role as needed.

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training in a co‑pack or warehouse environment in a lead role.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• PC literate with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access Database (preferred).

• GED or high school diploma.
• College experience or degree is a plus.

• English (written/oral) required.
• Spanish (written/oral) a plus, not required.

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables with limited standardization.
• Interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Determine root causes and corrective actions.

• Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required.
• Operate phone systems and work in a repetitive hand motion environment.
• Speak and communicate clearly over the telephone.
• Work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.
• Maintain good cognitive skills and work accuracy under stress.
• Possess 20/20 corrected vision.
• Be in sound physical health and free of controlled substance use.

• Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles.
• Noise level ranging from quiet to moderately loud.
