Material Handler, General Labor
Responsible for the loading and unloading of materials within a warehouse. Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material to and from trucks and within the storage facility. Records flow information of materials and products and ensures the accuracy. May assist in the training of lower level material handlers.

- Operate various types of material handling equipment including a Reach Truck, Electric Pallet Jack, High-Lift and Forklifts
- Unload, process, package and receive shipments from suppliers while verifying order accuracy
- Pick and stage orders for outbound shipments
- Check outbound orders for accuracy
- Load trailers with product for delivery
- Perform miscellaneous general warehouse duties as necessary
- Standing for extended periods of time, bending and lifting up to 50lbs
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- 3+ years minimum of Reach Truck experience
- RF Scanner, WMS or SAP experience
- Ability to read and write English
- Good math skills
- Experience with handling chemicals a plus
The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $20-$22 per hour. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.
