Warehouse Operator Forklift

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Operator (Forklift) to work in Romeoville, Illinois. This is a permanent, full‑time position requiring immediate hire.

  Thursday – Saturday 6:00 am – 6:00 pm;
  Wednesday 6:00 am – 12:00 pm (flexible with staffing needs)
• Seniority Level: Entry Level

• Hourly Pay: $23.00 per hour
• Additional Pay: $0.75 per hour when assigned to the C shift
• Pay Frequency:
  Weekly (paid every Friday)

• Perform loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting activities.
• Maintain accurate picking and packing, audit associates, stage products, and load/unload trucks.
• Handle daily paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core shift hours.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum one year of warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience (preferred).
• Valid Forklift Operator License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proactive, accurate, and detail‑oriented.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Physical capability to lift, push, pull up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working a flexible shift schedule.
• Adherence to health and safety protocols.
• High degree of initiative and independent decision‑making
