People Share is hiring General Labor Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in Romeoville, IL. If you're looking for consistent hours, competitive pay, and an opportunity to build a long-term career, this is the opportunity for you!
Whether you have experience in production, warehouse work, packaging, assembly, food manufacturing, or are just looking to get your foot in the door with a great company, we want to hear from you.
Available Shifts- 1st Shift 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- Mid Shift 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- 2nd Shift 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Build boxes and assemble product displays
- Shrink-wrap and palletize finished products
- Load and unload materials on production lines
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- General Labor
- Warehouse Associate
- Production Worker
- Food Manufacturing
- Packaging & Labeling
- Assembly Line
- Material Handling
- Quality Inspection
- Palletizing
No experience required. Training is available for motivated candidates!
Requirements- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Comfortable working in refrigerated production areas when required
- Earn up to $19.00 per hour
- Weekly pay every Friday
