Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care following state laws, hospital policies, and procedures.
- Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.
- Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of a healthcare team.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; minimum of 1+ years’ RN experience in inpatient settings required.
- Associate Degree in Nursing acceptable if a Bachelor’s Degree is obtained within five years.
- Current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and ACLS within one year of employment.
Critical thinking, teamwork, patient assessment, documentation, delegation.
Additional Details- Full-time role with night shifts (7 pm-7:30 am).
