• Freight brokerage business development in the USA.
• Active search for new customers and carriers, build a client base for the USA market.
• Timely prepare rates and quotes for customers and careers, conduct negotiations.
• Manage commercial offers, prepare and submit to clients.
• Manage customers’ daily shipping needs.
• Maintain communication with customer and carrier to ensure seamless load flow from pickup to delivery.
• Provide support and solutions to customers and carriers with any problems that may arise.
• Maintain transportation documentation.
• USA market analysis, initiation of development projects.
• Management and development of the team.

• 5 years of freight broker experience working with the USA market.
• Good understanding of the International freight forwarding industry.
• Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written).
• Result-driven, ability to manage stressful situations, must be able to work within a dynamic, fast-changing marketplace.
