Our client is seeking an Account Representative to join their team. This individual must have exceptional customer service skills as they will develop relationships with current members. This role is hybrid in Romeoville, IL.

• Provide exceptional customer service to a book of small Risk Pooling Trust members by responding to verbal and written inquiries in a timely, proficient manner to ensure the coverage needs of members are met.
• Make virtual calls to conduct in-depth coverage reviews with members and document according to established procedures.
• Review insurance clauses of a wide variety of contracts submitted by members to determine if their coverage with the Trust meets the requirements of the contracts and identify areas that may be adverse to our members, making recommendations for amendments to the contract language and certificates of insurance.
• Provide accurate information to CSR team to enter/process schedule adjustments, coverage endorsements, audits and certificates of insurance. Maintain up-to-date member contacts in Salesforce and other management systems.
• Provide direct assistance to Account Managers as needed.
• Work with Member Services Representative as needed regarding members’ aged receivables and account cancellations.

• 3+ years experience in commercial property & casualty account support
• Strong customer service and organizational skills

The anticipated pay range for this position is $65K - $75K annually.
