Certified Personal Trainer (Romeoville, IL) at Anytime Fitness. We’re looking for certified personal trainers who are ready to make a difference in the lives of our members. As a personal trainer here, you’ll play an important role in creating a safe and supportive space where people of all backgrounds can achieve their fitness goals.

$14.00/hr - $40.00/hr

• Training Clients:
  Depending on the situation, you will take clients through a program built by experts in the field, or create individualized training programs tailored to each member’s needs, fitness level, and goals.
• Fitness Consultations:
  Conduct consultations to assess members' fitness levels and develop long-term plans that align with their goals.
• Sales:
  Help members understand the benefits of personal training and sell appropriate packages that match their needs.
• Club Maintenance:
  Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the club, contributing to a positive and professional atmosphere.

• Competitive Pay: $14-$40+ per hour, plus commission on sales of personal training packages.
• In-House Sales Training:
  We’ll help you develop the skills to thrive in a relationship-based sales environment, where promoting and selling personal training is an essential part of the role.

• Personal Trainer Certification (must be current and from an NCCA-accredited organization, e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA).
• CPR & AED certification;
  First Aid certification is a plus.
• Sales Experience preferred:
  You’ll be selling personal training packages and developing relationships with members to help them succeed.
• Passion for fitness and helping others:
  Trainers at Anytime Fitness Romeoville are dedicated to guiding members toward healthier, happier lives.
• Conversational or better Spanish a plus.
