We're hiring dependable CDL-A drivers to haul Amazon intermodal containers and dry van trailers in the Chicago metro area. This is a home-daily position with a consistent 3-day workweek averaging 39 to 40 hours weekly, giving you steady income and more time off.
Drivers average 46 containers / trailer moves per shift.
Key Responsibilities- Haul Amazon intermodal containers from rail yards and dry van trailers between local facilities
- Complete 46 trailer / container moves per 13‑hour shift
- Follow DOT safety regulations and company procedures
- Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and maintain ELD compliance
- Communicate with dispatch and operations regarding load status
- Valid Class A CDL and active DOT medical card
- 1+ year of CDL‑A driving experience preferred
- Intermodal and / or Amazon Relay experience is a plus
- Safe driving record and strong communication skills
- No TWIC card required
$28 / hour base pay (W‑2)
