EPJ Operator – First Shift

Romeoville, IL – Pay $20.50/hour – First shift Monday 6:00 – Friday 2:30 pm – Opportunity for overtime.

We are currently hiring an EPJ Operator at our Romeoville, IL distribution center. Join the GRI Engineering and Development team, the powerhouse delivering quality products across North America.

• Operate an electric pallet jack (EPJ/Walkie Rider) in a fast‑paced warehouse.
• Use RF scanners to pick customer orders and load pallets for shipment.
• Inspect equipment daily before usage.
• Maintain general warehouse housekeeping and staging products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm (1st Shift).

• Experience operating EPJ pickers.
• Recent order‑picking experience.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar order‑picking systems.
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds frequently; occasional 75‑lb two‑person lift.
• Proficient using touch RF scanners.
• Pass equipment skills and written test.
• Strong communication in English.
• Team player.
