We are seeking dependable and safety-minded Reach Truck Drivers / EPJ Operators to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently moving and organizing inventory throughout the facility while safely operating reach trucks and electric pallet jacks.

The ideal candidate has previous experience operating a reach truck and/or EPJ, can work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and takes pride in working safely and accurately. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with material-handling experience who are looking for a consistent warehouse position. • Safely operate reach trucks and electric pallet jacks (EPJ) to move products and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pull, transport, stage, and put away products accurately and efficiently.
• Operate reach trucks to place and retrieve product from designated rack locations.
• Load and unload materials as directed.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, including proper equipment operation and pedestrian awareness.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding inventory, product movement, and operational needs.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and safety expectations.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

• Experience operating reach trucks or similar powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to safely move, stack, retrieve, and organize palletized inventory.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices.
• Ability to accurately identify products, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.
• Must be able to use operate Reach/EPJ.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, occasional weekends.
• Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions well.
• High attention to detail required.
• Must have the ability to work well with others with little supervision.

• Previous experience operating reach trucks in distribution centers or warehouse environments is preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating additional powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, dependability, and strong teamwork are well positioned for success as a Reach Truck Operator.
• 6 months – 1-year previous Reach/EPJ experience preferred.
• Experience using a RF scan gun

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
