Become a key part of our warehouse operations as a Warehouse Order Fulfillment Associate on the 2nd shift, ensuring precise packing and shipping of HVAC parts and components.
This position involves fulfilling customer and dealer orders by accurately packing small HVAC parts and service components in a high-volume warehouse. You will verify orders using RF scanners or pick tickets, prepare shipments, and maintain safety and quality standards throughout the process.
Job Details- PAY RATE: 20.00 hour

Romeoville, IL 60446 - HOURS:
3:00pm to 11:30pm - POSITIONS: 10 Positions Temp to Hire
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and order accuracy using RF scanners or pick tickets.
- Select and prepare cartons, dunnage, and packaging materials for shipment.
- Label, seal, and stage packages for outbound shipping.
- Maintain productivity and quality performance standards.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to leadership.
- Adhere to all safety policies, standard operating procedures, and housekeeping guidelines.
- Keep packing stations clean and stocked.
- Support rework and peak-season volume projects as needed.
- Collaborate with picking, shipping, inventory, and quality teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Pass a Drug Test including THC.
- Steel toe boots or shoes rated ASTM f2413-18 (proof required) before start date.
- Puncture proof inserts for safety boots before start date.
- Complete a Background Check.
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience.
