People Share is hiring experienced Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operators for a leading distribution facility in Romeoville, IL. We are seeking dependable warehouse professionals with experience operating material handling equipment and supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment operations.

As a Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely moving inventory throughout the warehouse while supporting daily distribution operations.

• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers
• Operate warehouse equipment, including:
  • Reach Truck (Required)
  • Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) (Required)
  • Cherry Picker / Order Picker
  • Stand-Up Forklift (Preferred)
  • Turret Truck (Strong Plus)
• Pick, pack, stage, and replenish inventory
• Build and wrap pallets for shipment
• Receive incoming product and verify quantities
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Print and apply shipping labels
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain inventory accuracy
• Inspect products and equipment for quality and safety compliance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards

• Previous shipping and receiving experience required
• Experience operating Reach Truck and EPJ required
• Cherry Picker / Order Picker experience preferred
• Stand-Up Forklift experience preferred
• Turret Truck experience a plus
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Strong inventory control and material handling experience
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
